If you have not yet registered or been invited to MyZemax, you can request access by submitting this form. The Myzemax portal contains company license and colleague information, a knowledge base of support articles, phone support, support case creation and a community forum. Full access to the MyZemax customer portal is reserved for Zemax customers with a supported software license. Out of support customers have limited access. If you do not have a Zemax software license, a member of our team will follow up with you. If you provide your Zemax license number, the license administrator will be notified of your request. We recommend registering with your company email address if using a company license.

Your license number should be in the format of L1XXXXX or a 5 digit number such as 22000. If you currently have a Zemax application installed, your license number is located in Help / About, or from the Zemax License Manager application. If you have a USB license, it is printed on the USB itself. If you do not have the software installed yet, and are trying to access a shared network license at your organization, we recommend you acquire the license number from a colleague using that license.
